Honouring your Father
No matter what relationship you have with your father he is half of the reason you are here. He flows in every one of your cells as does your mother. The relationship you have with your father is absorbed and influences many of your experiences in life. Being able to surrender and totally honour how your life came to you through your father and mother is a crucial ingredient in your flow in life. Our father’s personalities are as they are, his essence is what gave you life and saying yes to this is saying yes to life exactly as it came to you.
Saying yes to your life exactly as it came to you is the beginning of the rest of your life. This meditation acknowledges your father as the perfect father for you, there could be no other.
